Providing you have not employed your e-learning voucher, the following returns and refund policy applies:-

If you change your mind:-

We ship our products to you at our own cost. You have the right to return your self-study course within 14-days of receipt. You must call or email us to inform us that you require a refund within 14-days. Return delivery will be at your own cost, and must be sent recorded delivery. Provided the goods are returned undamaged, you can expect a refund within around14 days of us receiving the goods.

Faulty goods:-

Our products go through a stringent quality checking process immediately prior to shipment. In the unlikely event your self-study course books are delivered to you damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund. You will not be liable for any return delivery costs. If there is a fault with your product, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

Providing you have not employed you exam administration voucher, you may have a full refund within 14-days of delivery of your of exam voucher.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
